The Vegetarian Biriyani and Coconut & Sesame Chutney Dinner Kit makes a complete dinner in itself. Perfect for a mid-week or weekend dinner and perfect when one of you is vegetarian or vegan.
It’s the dish of Kings, in a vegetarian form, equally as delicious and tasty. Our most popular combination is chickpeas, carrot and Paneer, but you can use any vegetables for endless combinations.
Just add fresh ingredients when ready to start cooking. Method instructions come through via email, after purchase.

Each sachets serves 4 people, (standard portions. If you have large appetites/like to have seconds, you might need 2 sachets).
How do I know what to do with the meal sachets?
You receive e-instructions for the meal sachets. These tell you:
- How long prep and cooking takes
- The ingredients list
- The step-by-step method instructions
- What to do if you only want to cook or eat 1 or 2 portions at a time
I have a special dietary requirement
The spices and dried ingredients, and fresh ingredients needed are all:
- Gluten free
- Wheat free
- Egg free
- Dairy-free – only if you swap out the ghee for sunflower oil and don't add paneer cheese.
What fresh ingredients do I need?
Ghee, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, almonds, cashew nuts, coriander, mint, vegetables, chickpeas, paneer cheese.
Storage & shelf life
Store the dinner kit in pantry-like conditions, a cool dark cupboard. Do not choose a cupboard that is next to your oven or an appliance that gives off heat, or a part of your kitchen where the sun shines on it.
The ‘best before’ dates on our products are usually 4-9 months. There are no ‘use by’ dates, as we do not include anything perishable, leaving you to add fresh ingredients gives you the best value and freedom to choose when to cook your dinner kit. This ensures no food waste.
