A delicious dish of dark leafy greens, traditionally made with mustard leaves, spinach and fenugreek leaves.  This is the hearty dish of working farmers and we give you the original recipe, as it was when our parents first arrived in England.  Traditionally served with Makki di Roti (cornmeal chapattis).

Each sachets serves 4 people. Method instructions come through via email, after purchase.

Available singly, or as packs of 2 & 4, so that you always have them to hand as pantry standby. Freezes perfectly.

We grind all our spices from whole and so there are no anti-caking agents or fillers in our mixes. There are no gluten or dairy based ingredients in the mix, and they are not required for the fresh ingredients. Ingredients: cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black cardamom, green cardamom, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, salt.  

Please note that whilst there is no gluten or dairy in this product, we are not a gluten-free, wheat-free or dairy-free environment.
