The Masoor di Dhal & Roti Dinner Kit contains our signature dish of red lentil dhal, as well as our ‘daily bread’  Roti Mix.

Our Punjabi Masoor di Dhal is a ‘FreeFrom’ Food Award-winning red lentil dhal, quoted by The Telegraph, as “quite possibly the best dhal I have ever encountered”.

Roti is the ‘daily bread’ and a North Indian staple. This is the bread we really eat, and this mix comes in a handy sachet to try making it yourself.  (We have a step-by-step pictorial with the instructions and on the website).

Each sachets serves 4 people. Method instructions come through via email, after purchase.

This is food of the farmers of North Punjabi and nutritionally a power-house of a meal!  One of the staples dinners in our family!  The dhal freezes excellently, and we always have it on standby in the freezer.  Roti is always made fresh for each meal!

This meal is naturally and accidentally plant-based, without altering or adapting it to fit the label!
