The spices have all been ground from whole, just the way we traditionally cook at home. By preparing the spices for you, and only adding the non-perishable, dried and whole ingredients, busy working people and those who are short of time will always have an authentic North Indian meal at hand!

Just add fresh ingredients and follow our e-method instructions, which tell you exactly how we make these dishes at home.

Adding your own fresh ingredients, means that you control the level of ghee/oil and the heat in your dish.

None of the sachets have any chilli added. We do not use powdered chilli. In the Indian home the cook adds the chilli, using as much or as little as the family prefer.  So simply add as much or as little chilli as desired for each dish.
