The Meat Samosa, Mango Chicken, Naan Bread & Suji Ladoo 3-Course meal
The starter here is a substantial meat samosa, which you can make as 'chilli hot' as you like, as this is balanced by the mildness and natural fruit sweetness of the main dish. The Mango Chicken uses the warmth of ginger for the 'heat' and is a favourite with everyone. There's plenty of sauce for mopping up with the freshly made naan breads. This is followed by delicious semolina dumplings - Suji Ladoo, which are also very popular with everyone.
This is a menu to suit the whole family, as well as introuduce some new flavours to anyone nervous about trying new food or Indian food, in which case add a minimal amount of chilli in the meat samosa mix - the chilli is always added by the cook, so you can adjust this to have it just the way you like.

Onion, ginger, garlic, chillis, petit pois / garden peas, lamb mince, tomatoe puree, mango, sunflower oil, creamed coconut, milk, ghee, butter, cashew nuts.

Many of our kits are ideal for vegetarians and vegans …as well as many other special dietary requirements, such as gluten-free, (although you would never guess from the taste!) All of our spices are ground from whole by us. We only use whole spices and do not use or buy in any pre-ground spices.
