At Indian Meal Kits by Pure Punjabi, we take great pride in delivering high-quality Indian meal kits and spice blends, designed for an authentic home-cooked experience. We are committed to transparency, compliance with UK consumer protection regulations, and ensuring your satisfaction.

Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Fulfilment & Delivery

Each of our meal kits is a two-part product:

  • Part 1: Physical components – fresh/dry ingredients, spices, or jars shipped via courier or Royal Mail.

  • Part 2: Digital instructions – provided via email either as a downloadable PDF, direct email content, hidden webpage link, or QR code.

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • Your digital cooking instructions are successfully sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • The physical kit is dispatched to your shipping address.

If your digital method has not arrived, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us.

 

Returns – Not Accepted for Food Products

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable/custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any meal kits or food-related items.

This includes:

  • Opened or unopened spice jars

  • Unused or partially used meal kits

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Why?
Once a food item leaves our premises, it cannot be returned into our supply chain due to hygiene and resale limitations. This is consistent with UK food delivery regulations and industry standards.

 

Exchanges & Replacements – Damaged or Broken Items

We will replace any product that arrives physically damaged or broken, subject to the following conditions:

We will issue a replacement for:

  • Smashed or broken glass spice jars

  • Damaged or compromised packaging that affects the quality or usability of the kit

💡 Please note: Our spice jars are not safety-sealed or tamper-proof, but if the product is intact and unopened, this does not constitute a fault.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Meal kits once shipped (perishable/food safety)

  • Digital instructions (once emailed or downloaded)

  • Spice jars without physical damage
