Ingredients: cumin, coriander, black pepper, paprika, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, paprika, salt, fenugreek, white pepper.
We grind all our spices from whole and so there are no anti-caking agents or fillers in our mixes. There are no gluten or dairy based ingredients in the mix. Gluten based ingredients are not required for the fresh ingredients. Dairy based ingredients are required for the fresh ingredients.
Please note that whilst there is no gluten in this product, we are not a gluten-free environment.
